| Winter Watch: Is a caretaking service we provide for customers who are unable to easily check on their homes during a Maine winter. Often access down narrow summer camp roads is only achieved via snowmobile or snowshoes. |

| Bring us your ideas and we will help build your dreams! We complete most design sketches in-house suitable for building permits. These drawings also firmly define the work scope and provide a base for estimating. A structural engineer in the family is also available for a fee. M&S will credit this design fee back to you if you decide to go ahead with M&S for the construction. |
