M&S Builders has completed over 400 commercial projects.

M&S Builders of Maine now does light commercial work within our regional area.
M&S Builders constructed Bridgton Community Center's new commercial kitchen, installed interior storm windows, and in
January 2018 replaced old roofing with a new EPDM system - all  per Maine Historic Preservation Design Guidelines.
Bridgton Hospital Guild's Thrift Shop addition & renovation (located adjacent to Renys) added much needed space and
provides new safe basement access. Thrift Shop volunteers provide gently used goods at very reasonable prices.
Bridgton Historical Society Museum renovations (repairs and painting) now keep water out and building looking good!

State of Maine Judicial Branch ~ Bridgton District Court interior renovations included upgrades to life safety systems and
enhanced compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Exterior renovations improved drainage and required new
materials to match existing.

Basement upgrades included new
vestibule, wood mouldings, and trim.
Roof repairs included new vents.
Many town office doors received new
hardware in 2014.
Rufus Porter Museum / Webb House at 121 Main Street, Bridgton is a Maine Historic Preservation Commission project
partially funded by a Community Development Block Grant. Careful work to the 1820 property in the spring and summer
of 2015 includes rebuilding chimneys, roofing, painting, and complete demolition of the "newer" rear 1/3 structure.
