Our History: M&S Builders, Inc. was founded in Miami, FL in
1975. From early on, large projects within the Miami
International Airport, hospitals, and high end residences were
being successfully bid and completed. This good work was
continued when Eric Wissmann became the company's
president in 1995. In 2004, the Wissmann family relocated to
scenic Lovell, ME. M&S Builders of Maine, Inc. was formed
soon after.
With years of experience at the helm, we can make certain that
your project will be completed to your satisfaction.

"A once-every-decade, late-winter storm dumped heavy, wet snow on an already established snow base that was on many building’s roofs in the area. At that time, some area roofs were suffering near-collapse, or had collapsed already. My garage did just that; and the cottage roof itself had a near failure. M&S' response to my needs as an absentee property owner was immediate and thorough - from the beginning to the end of a process that included contents removal and storage, engineered review and restoration of the cottage roof and complete reconstruction of the garage, and then moving the original contents back ......................
